Day by Day Itinerary
- DAY 1
Valencia: Arrival & Private Transfers
Upon your arrival into Valencia’s airport, you’ll be met by our driver for a private transfer to your accommodation in the city. After settling in and getting refreshed, enjoy some free time in the city’s pretty old town, the highlights of which you will explore tomorrow.
- DAY 2
Valencia: Day Trip to Toledo with a Private Walking Tour
There are few cities like Valencia, able to harmoniously combine the remnants of its farthest past, dating to 138 BC, with some of the most innovative and avant-garde buildings of the 21st century. Accompanied by your own private guide, this morning’s tour of the old town will start at the town hall, with a brief visit inside (mornings only), as well as the central market which is one of the best examples of Art Nouveau in Valencia. You will also get a panoramic tour of the Silk Exchange, which dates back as early as 1482 and is famous for its gorgeous twisting columns, the 13th-century Cathedral, and the Round Square, one of Valencia’s most unique tourist attractions due to its peculiar design.
The afternoon is free for you to explore the city independently.
- DAY 3
Valencia: Private Tour to Albufera
Meet the driver at your hotel and head to the Albufera’s lake just south of Valencia. Enjoy the wonderful and varied environment and landscapes that make up the National Park. Albufera’s lake has an irregular outline, connected to the sea through canals. Declared a Special Bird Protection Area, its unquestionable ecological value is due to the fact that here you can find many species of bird and animal in danger of extinction. To complete the tour, join a guided boat ride, where you can learn first-hand about the delicate ecosystem of the area, its story over the centuries, and the species that inhabit it. Lunch in a local restaurant is included. Return to Valencia in the late afternoon.

Valencia: City of Arts & Sciences
The City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, Spain, a visionary architectural masterpiece designed by Santiago Calatrava and Félix Candela, which has been captivating visitors since its inauguration in 1998. This avant-garde complex seamlessly integrates science, art, and technology through iconic structures like the Hemisfèric, Príncipe Felipe Science Museum, and Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia. The futuristic design, characterized by sleek lines and reflective surfaces, creates a mesmerizing environment.
Armed with you skip-the-line ticket, you can effortlessly explore interactive exhibits, innovative displays, and world-class performances without waiting in long queues. This convenient ticket ensures a seamless experience, allowing patrons to appreciate the fusion of science and art in this iconic landmark. A guide is not included on this day but can be arrange at the time of booking for an additional cost.
- DAY 5
Hiking in Sierra Calderona
Enjoy a half-day trip from Valencia to Sierra Calderona Natural Park, featuring a rewarding hike with local heritage and stunning views from Serra Castle. A private car picks you up in Valencia, driving to the charming village of Serra. After a short stroll, begin your hike to the 9th-century Moorish castle with an expert English-speaking guide. Learn the area’s history and visit the remains of two watchtowers. The highlight is reaching Serra Castle to admire the breathtaking views. The easy 8-kilometer route, mainly on gravel roads, includes a short rocky ascent. After the hike, return to Valencia by private car.

- DAY 6
Private tour to Xàtiva
Enjoy a private half-day tour to the city of Xàtiva, approximately 1 hour from Valencia. A guided tour of the city including the collegiate basilica of Santa Maria (known as La Seu or La Colegiata), the Market Place, the churches of Sant Pere and Sant Francesc, Trinitat Square. Then, after a winding ride to the top of the mountain, you will arrive at the Xàtiva Castle. Since the 3rd century B.C, the complex has gradually expanded and been fortified by the successive cultures that have inhabited Iberia. The castle is divided into the Castell Menor, which sits atop Iberian and Roman remains, and the Castell Major. No visit to Xativa is complete without a trip around this fortress, with stunning views over the city and its surroundings.
- DAY 7
Valencia: Day at Leisure
Today you are free to enjoy Valencia entirely at your leisure. You may chose to explore Ruzafa, one of the city’s coolest neighbours, with local stores, cafes and bars spilling out onto the street. Another great option in warmer weather is a trip to the beach, which stretched for over 20km, and is packed with shops, cafes and water sports.
- DAY 8
Valencia: Departure
