By participating in the competition, you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd.
Eligibility to Enter
The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd employees and associates are excluded from the draw.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of two entries per person. One via the Unforgettable Travel Company website and the other via the Unforgettable Travel Company Instagram page.
Instagram is in no way affiliated with this giveaway.
The Prize
The winning prize will be return flights to Paris for two people, luxury private transfers and a 2 night stay at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Paris with breakfast. The winners will receive a full day private tour of Paris with a private guide. The package includes premium seats at the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games, tickets to see a game of Handball, full-day tour of the Champagne region with cellar tours, guided tasting and 3-course lunch.
The use of specific brands as prizes by The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd will not be responsible for providing any cash refunds or alternatives if the event is cancelled by the International Olympic Committee for any reason.
The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd's decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner Announcement
The giveaway will close at 12:00 EST on May 31st, 2024. Any entries after this date will not be counted. The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the email address provided no later than June 4th, 2024
The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via email or on Instagram.
If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing [email protected].
The winner’s first name and country of residence will be announced on The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd’s website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
General
The Unforgettable Travel Company Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
