Day by Day Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival into Dubrovnik
Your enchanting journey through Croatia and Greece starts with your arrival at Dubrovnik International Airport. Our driver will be there to greet you and provide a private transfer to your seaside accommodation. After checking in, the remainder of the day is yours. There’s plenty to take advantage of right at your hotel, including a private beach, the perfect place to relax and soak up the magnificent scenery. There’s also a spa with an indoor pool for swimming with a sea view and a wide range of treatments for some pampering. Excellent dining can be enjoyed on-site, including a unique eatery in a man-made cave.

Private cycling tour in the Konavle Valley with cooking class
Today you’ll discover the beauty of the tranquil countryside by joining your private guide for a half-day cycling tour. You’ll ride through the scenic Konavle valley, traveling through charming authentic villages near the Snjueznica foothills, passing picturesque vineyards, gardens, and rivers before heading to the home of a family who has lived in the area for some 500 years. The matriarch will guide you in preparing a traditional meal using the old methods, without electricity, after a tour of the kitchen and wine cellar. Once the dishes are finished, you’ll sit down to enjoy them with local wine while learning more about the family’s history.
- Day 3
Transfer to Hvar
This morning you’ll want to get ready to head to your next destination. After checking out of your hotel, your private driver will provide a transfer to the port where you’ll catch the ferry to Hvar. One of the sunniest Croatian islands, it’s world-renowned for its nightlife but also offers impressive historical landmarks, lavender fields, vineyards, and idyllic beaches. After disembarking, you’ll see our driver waiting to provide a private transfer to your accommodation, just five minutes on foot from the main square. Cathedral and the main square. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own, perhaps climbing the fortress for an awe-inspiring view.

Private Wine Lovers tour
See more of the island while embarking on an ideal tour for wine lovers. On a half-day excursion your private guide will bring you to three different island wineries, that may include the popular Tomic family winery located in the small town of Jelsa, known for producing the original Dalmatian wine, Prosek. The Plenkovic family owns a winery in Sveta Nedjelja with a unique underwater wine cellar while the Plancic family winery in Vrbanj was established back in 1919. Its wines, including Plavac Mali and Bogdanusa, are now produced using a combination of traditional and modern methods using indigenous cultivars.
- Day 5
Small group sunset sailing trip
Look forward to a relaxed morning followed by an afternoon sunset sailing trip. Before embarking on your excursion, you might explore some of Hvar’s top historical landmarks like St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the community theater, Europe’s oldest still active public theater having opened its doors in 1612. After hopping onto your vessel, you’ll sail through the nearby Pakleni Islands. The forest-covered islands are surrounded by remarkably clear blue-green waters and your captain will seek out one of the most secluded bays so that you can enjoy time to swim or snorkel. On the return to Hvar, enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.

Transfer to Split
Today you’ll take a private transfer to Hvar’s port to hop on the ferry back to the mainland. Upon arrival to Split, another driver will be there to provide a private transfer to your hotel in Diocletian’s Palace. You’ll be in the heart of the complex, steps from historic attractions, boutiques, galleries, wine bars, and restaurants. With the rest of the day enjoyed at your leisure, we recommend strolling the narrow streets and alleyways. A climb to the top of the bell tower at St. Domnius Cathedral offers a magnificent view and you’ll find many fabulous eateries both here and along the seaside Riva promenade for dinner.

Private tour of Krka National Park & Sibenik
On your last full day in Croatia, you’ll take a private guided tour that features Krka National Park and Sibenik. Your first stop is Skradin, a small town at the park’s entrance where you’ll take a boat ride along the river Krka to reach the scenic trails for a walk to see its breathtaking waterfalls, including the star attraction, Skradinski Buk which is a series of 17 falls plunging for a total of almost 150 feet. In Sibenik, you’ll get to see the country’s most important Renaissance monument, St. James Cathedral with unique decorative elements including more than 70 sculpted faces on the frieze.
- Day 8
Fly to Athens
After a week of exploring Croatia, it’s time to travel to Greece. Your private driver will meet you upon checkout at your hotel for transfer to the airport in Split where you’ll catch a flight to Athens. Your next adventure begins with a private transfer to your hotel in the historic center, just 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis Hill. Settle in and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, with plenty of exploring possible within a short walking distance. You’ll find plenty of sidewalk cafes for an alfresco meal or a glass of wine where you can unwind and soak up the atmosphere.
- Day 9
Private Highlights of Athens walking tour
Discover the highlights of the capital on a trip that will take you back in time to the early days of Athens, widely regarded as the birthplace of Western civilization. Start by climbing Acropolis Hill to view its incredible 5th-century BC monuments like Parthenon while learning more about their history and the history from your expert guide. After two hours of exploring, you’ll head to the historic Plaka neighborhood, one of the oldest in Athens with multiple historic sites, including the Roman Agora, Ancient Agora, and Hadrian’s Library. With the evening yours, we recommend dinner in a rooftop eatery with a view of the Acropolis.
- Day 10
Fly to Mykonos
It’s time to travel to the Greek islands, with Mykonos your first stop. After checking out of your Athens hotel, you’ll take a private transfer to the airport for your flight to the island known for its beautiful beaches, high-end shops, upscale clubs, and luxurious resorts. You’ll be welcomed by another driver for a private transfer to your hotel. There are plenty of boutiques and galleries to explore in Mykonos Town too.

Small group Mykonos Island jeep discovery
The highlight of your time on Mykonos, today you’ll embark on a Jeep tour to explore a side of the island that most tourists don’t see. Don’t forget your camera for the many photo-ops, starting with a fabulous view of sacred Delos Island from St. Ioannis. Ornos Beach and Ano Mera village with its cobbled streets and 16th-century monastery follow. Enjoy a light lunch with true farm-to-table ingredients and raki, a popular Greek spirit, at a traditional Mykonian farm before continuing your tour with more awe-inspiring beaches and a panoramic vista of Mykonos Town. A ride on a black sand beach is the grand finale.

Ferry transfer to Santorini
Checking out of your Mykonos hotel this morning, your private driver will transfer to you the ferry headed for Santorini. The arrival is especially memorable with a close-up look at the towering caldera walls. Once you’ve disembarked, you’ll take a private transfer to your hotel in the island capital, Fira. Enjoy the rest of the day on your own, with plenty to explore within a short walk, including the Museum of Prehistoric Thera displaying ancient artifacts from excavations on Santorini. You might browse the shops and galleries before enjoying dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants with a sea and caldera view.

Small group Santorini morning quad bike tour
We’ve arranged for you to take a half-day ATV/quad bike tour that will allow you to discover some of the more hidden corners of the islands most visitors don’t see. Start at Perissa beach, famous for its black sands, with your first stop at the small village of Emporio with a 15th-century Venetian castle overlooking its labyrinth of streets. You’ll have time to explore then and perhaps grab a cup of coffee too. Afterward, visit Megalochori, a traditional village, marvel at the caldera, and then enjoy a wine tasting with light bites at the island’s oldest winery. You’ll see a unique chapel inside of a cave and end by riding on the beach.
- Day 14
Day at leisure in Santorini
Enjoy a full day of leisure to do what interests you most in Santorini. A visit to the archaeological site of Akrotiri reveals life some 3,700 years ago on the island with a massive volcanic eruption blanketing it in ash similar to Pompeii. Or hike the trail that winds along the caldera from Fira to Oia for awe-inspiring views and the opportunity to take in one of the world’s most famous sunsets. In the lower part of Oia village, accessed via steep steps, you’ll find traditional tavernas along Ammoudi Bay and coves for some of the best swimming on the island.
- Day 15
Departure from Santorini
It’s never easy to say goodbye after such a fantastic adventure, but after 14 nights, it will soon be time for your trip to end. Your private driver will meet you at your hotel in Santorini to provide a transfer to the island’s airport where you’ll catch your flight to Athens.
