Ol Seki

A luxury tented camp on a rocky ridge in the Naboisho Conservancy adjacent to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve, Ol Seki Camp accommodates up to just 20 guests, for an intimate stay that’s honeymoon-worthy although it’s also ideal for families. The large, canvassed tents offer 270-degree views of the Mara Plain where animals can often be seen grazing. All include outdoor plunge pools, indoor and outdoor showers, minibars, and en-suite bathrooms. The Simba Family Tent includes two en-suite bedrooms with a kitchen, dining room, and living area. Much of the time is spent embarking on game drives, with other activities including walking and horse riding safaris, sunrise hot air balloon rides, and Maasai village visits. There’s an infinity pool and a spa for massages while meals are typically made up of international dishes, enjoyed in the main dining tent, or in private.

Naboisho Camp Overview

This beautiful safari camp is located just outside the Masai Mara National Reserve in a private conservancy called the Mara Naboisho. The benefits of being outside of the reserve is that, along with the much-loved game drives, you can also do night drives, bush walks and cultural experiences. Naboisho Camp is particularly good for families (children over 5 years old) as it offers family tents, and child-friendly safari activities like nature walks and animal footprint tracking. The 9 safari tents are canvassed but are sat under a large thatch structure which may make some guests feel more secure and protected. With an abundance of wildlife in the Mara Naboisho Conservancy – including big cats (lions, cheetahs, leopards), buffalo, elephant and much more – you will be guided between your personal text and the cosy main lounge and dining area.

Hemingways Watamu

Located in the heart of the Watamu Marine National Park, Hemingways boasts hypnotic Indian Ocean views, along with gorgeous white sand beaches and an impressive pedigree with excellent sister properties in both Nairobi and Ol Seki. Located on a tranquil, white sandy beach along Kenya’s southern coast, Kinondo Kwetu is a family-owned and operated venture that makes it feel more like staying with friends.
